PLUS 39 collects personal details (name, contact numbers, email, educational transcripts, marks/grades, target courses) solely for the purpose of assessing admissibility to Italian universities and delivering customized advisory roadmaps. We never sell, lease, or monetize your contact information to third-party lead aggregators.
2. European GDPR Compliance
When submitting documents for Italian portal registrations (such as Universitaly, CIMEA, or regional scholarship portals like DSU, EDISU, ER.GO), data processing adheres strictly to European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation). You retain the right to request deletion or export of your dossier records at any time.
3. Financial Dossier Privacy
Financial records, sponsor income tax returns, and bank statements shared during the visa preparation and ISEE-Parificato calculation stages are held strictly confidential and encrypted. Only accredited advisors handling your consular file have temporary access.
4. Mandatory Disclaimer
Services, eligibility, fees, timelines and inclusions are subject to the selected service agreement and the requirements of the relevant university, examination authority, scholarship authority and government authority. PLUS 39 is not affiliated with the universities named.
