1. Nature of Advisory Services

PLUS 39 operates as an educational consultancy offering profile strategy, syllabus matching, standardized exam preparation guidance, document legalization tracking, and visa file compilation. Our role is strictly advisory and mentorship-based.

2. Explicit Disclaimer of Guarantees

In compliance with consumer protection laws and ethical standards, PLUS 39 does not promise or advertise “guaranteed visa”, “100% guarantee”, “assured admission”, or “tuition-free education for all”. All admission decisions rest entirely with the individual Italian universities, and all visa issuance decisions rest exclusively with the Italian Embassy and Consulates General in India.

3. Scholarship Disclaimers

Regional need-based scholarships (such as DSU, EDISU, ER.GO, DiSCo, and Opera Universitaria) are subject to student eligibility, accurate ISEE-Parificato calculation, compliance with annual income thresholds, and funding allocations by regional Italian governments. Scholarships may be available to qualifying candidates but are never guaranteed by PLUS 39.

4. Mandatory Regulatory Disclaimer

Services, eligibility, fees, timelines and inclusions are subject to the selected service agreement and the requirements of the relevant university, examination authority, scholarship authority and government authority. PLUS 39 is not affiliated with the universities named.
